Black outs with Shakesphere

Shakesphere slots still doesnt do anything but black out...I cant seem to get any help with it returning so my rating isnt a 4 star anymore...what is the reason you tell me it is installed and my bonus points a re ready to collect...and I get nothing but black out...and you tell me to message you while in the game....tell me what you expect me to do if you dont give me the game...also...seems very peculiar that I did have this game for over a year, you continue to tell me to collect bonus points daily...it would be great to have an answer...until then...Ill tell my friends and family...dont bother
